Landhotel Am Rothenberg is looking for trained cooks for the kitchen of the resort hotel, with a focus on fresh and regional products including harvest from its own greenhouse. Duties include changing themed buffets in the evening, lunch menu selection, dishes from the à la carte menu as well as stock control and hygiene. The kitchen is open only for hotel guests without classic à la carte stress, and the position is available as a mini-job, part-time or full-time. A completed cook training, teamwork skills and a friendly manner with guests at the buffet and at events are expected. Landhotel Am Rothenberg is looking for housekeeping staff for the early shift to clean public areas such as seminar rooms, the wellness facility, sanitary facilities, guest rooms, corridors and stairwells. The position is offered as a mini-job or part-time role, typically in the early morning hours from about 5:00 to 8:00 or from 6:00 to 9:00. If needed, support with cleaning hotel rooms can follow afterwards, and the working-time model is plannable with free days over Christmas. Requirements are reliability, teamwork and willingness to work the early shift, including partly at weekends.
