Autohaus Jacobi GmbH & Co. KG in Warburg trains automotive mechatronics technicians in a three-and-a-half-year dual apprenticeship. Apprentices work with measuring and testing technology, diagnose and rectify faults, and learn automotive and systems technology as well as electronics and mechanics; from the third year onwards, specialisation is possible. Requirements include, among other things, a good lower secondary or intermediate school leaving certificate, an understanding of electronics and mechanics, and an affinity for automobiles; basic English skills are recommended. Training starts on 01.08.; applications go to Constantin Koch or [email protected]. Qualified trainers and modern workplaces support the entry into the workshop technology of the dealership.
