Bakery Beckmann in Uslar is looking for apprentices to train as bakers in a three-year apprenticeship in the bakehouse on Hans-Böckler-Straße. All doughs are made in-house without convenience products, and the training is provided by the master baker in the modern bakehouse team. There is one vocational school day per week as well as inter-company training courses in Hanover twice a year, with work starting at the beginning of the apprenticeship at 4 a.m. and later around 3 a.m. Requirements are physical resilience, craftsmanship skills as well as teamwork and commitment.
